1. Theme Licensing & Usage

Our themes and extensions are developed under the GNU general public license. All our themes and extensions can be purchased with a Single License, Developer License and/or Club Subscriptions.

Different License Usage

Each of our Premium Themes has the option to be purchased with a Single License, Developer License and Club Suscriptions.

Single License allows you to use the purchased theme and/or extension on a single domain (website). Standard Licenses cost $79.00 US dollars per theme.

Developer License allows you to use the purchased theme on one signle domain name (website). Plus, you will be provided with all Photoshop files (PSD) that were used to create the theme. Developer Licenses cost $99.00 US dollars per theme.

Club Membership allows you to use all our themes on as many domain names (websites) as you want. Plus, you will be provided with all Photoshop files that were used to create the theme. Club Membership Licenses vary in cost from $199.00 - $399.00 US dollars per theme + monthy costs ranging from $5.00 - $25.00.

All licenses give you lifetime upgrades, and support.

If you have purchased a Single License and wish to upgrade to a Developer License, you can do so for $19.99. Please contact us for all upgrade requests.

2. Updates

Updates are available to customers who have purchased any of our themes or extensions.

All of our themes and extensions are developed with the latest version of Magento and will be updated as new versions of Magento are released. However, there is no guarantee that older version of our themes will be compatible with future versions of Magento.

3. Delivery

After a successful purchase through PayPal, you will either be automatically redirected back to our site or be prompted to click-through manually. Upon returning, you will presented with a login link on our website, situated on the top right hand side of our website. Then simply go to your "My Download" section and click the download link.

4. Ownership

You may not, in any way claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of HelloThemes by HelloThemes.com and their respected designers. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

5. Site Content

All content, including images, published on HelloThemes by HelloThemes.com is property of HelloThemes.com and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from HelloThemes by HelloThemes.com shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of HelloThemes.com.

6. Refund Policy

Our themes are non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods and we do not issue refunds after a purchase has been completed. You are responsible for understanding this term before purchasing one of our products.

7. Support

Themes by HelloThemes.com offers these themes and designs "as is", with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Support is provided solely through our Support Forum, Theme Documentations by accessing our support section. We will not provide any support through e-mail or Twitter. Certain information may be requested through email to protect your privacy.

8. Price Changes

Themes and Extensions by HelloThemes.com reserves the right at any time to modify our prices.

9. Warranty

Themes and Extensions by HelloThemes.com does not warranty or guarantee our themes and extensions in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the preview themes on our demo site. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes and extensions as we can not guarantee that our themes and extensions will work with all browser combinations.
