If you’re not satisfied with your theme and/or extension, we will try our very best to help you as much as possible. We sell non-tangible goods, we therefore cannot supply you with a full refund. This is a normal procedure for companies selling themes & extensions. The same applies for “wrong purchases”, if you bought a theme and it’s not the theme you wanted we won’t be able to provide you with a refund, neither a theme exchange, this is because we can’t prove you have not downloaded the theme and then claim for a refund/exchange.-

If you bought a ThemeClub subscription before June 2012, please consider you accepted a recurring payment to Hellothemes in order to renew the subscription automatically after 1 year. To cancel this, you have to do it from your PayPal account, within “My pre-approved payments” section. If you have any doubts, please contact us .-
