Important!: After you purchase the Theme Club subscription, the subscription renewal payment (recursive payment) will be set automatically in your PayPal account. If you wish to not pay the subscription renewal when the subscription ends, please set the recursive payment to HelloThemes in your PayPal account to NO.

Theme Club Membership - The Theme Club grants you full access to all our past and current themes for $99 per year. During the course of your membership subscription you will recieve - at least 2-3 new themes every month with no additional fee.
Standard Package are for shop owners who are quite happy with the look of the original design as it is with minimal changes. Where as if your looking to customize and enhance the original design to how you desire, then the developer package is for you. The developer package inlcudes the Adobe Photoshop file(s), which allows complete control of the themes design.
If you cancel your theme club subscription, you will still have complete access to all our past and current themes plus the ones that were released during the course of your membership subscription. Any new themes released the following month will not be currently available for download.
Once you've selected a theme and/or extension, you will be taken to our HelloThemes checkout page. Fill in your details and click 'Secure Checkout'. You will then be redirected to PayPal. Once the payment process has been completed you will receive an email with your account password. Log in and download your purchased theme, club subscription or extension.
Yes, we use PayPal that offers all kinds of PayPal payment options including creditcard-options (if you should have a creditcard like AMEX or Diners). We will offer Google Checkout as soon as it's fully supported for Spain. If you have any questions about our payment options, please contact us.
Usually the e-mail will be sent to you the moment your payment is approved. When payment is made by PayPal the status automatically shows pending because the payment is being deposited, this can however take up to 48 hours. If you have paid by PayPal and can't login. Contact Us and we will be happy to help. Remember to leave us your Order number as well as your username created on HelloThemes.
