How does the payment process work? When will I get my themes?
After your select your theme you are taken to our checkout page. The checkout page is done in one step. You then enter all required details and click "Secure Checkout", you will then be taken to PayPal to complete purchase. Once purchase has been complete you can then immediately login on the top right corner of HelloThemes and then select "My Downloads". You will be taken to your Downloads page and simply download your theme.
Is there a Video Tutorial on how to purchase a theme?
I haven't received an email from you? When will I get my theme?
You will have complete access to download your theme, immediately after purchase. Email will also be sent along with login password right after purchase.
Do you offer a refund?
If your not satisfied with your theme and/or extension, we will try our very best to help you as much as possible. We sell non-tangible goods, we therefore cannot supply you with a full refund. Unless the theme itself is compiled with errors, which makes it unusable. This is a normal procedure for companies selling themes & extensions.
What Payment options do you offer?
We only offer PayPal at this present time. PayPal allows you to use various creditcard options without having to sign up to PayPal. We will however, offer Google Checkout as soon as its fully supported for Spain. If you have any questions about our payment-options, please contact us.

What is a Single License?
Single License allows you to use the purchased theme and/or extension on a single domain (website). Standard Licenses cost $49.00 US dollars per theme.
What is a Developer License?
Developer License allows you to use the purchased theme on a single domain (website). Plus, you will be provided with all Photoshop files that were used to create the theme. Developer Licenses cost $79.00 US dollars per theme.
What is included in the
package?
All our theme packages are a complete solution, this includes images,
frontpage widgets, javascript plugins, PSD files and what you see on
the demo store apart from the demonstration products. Products are manually added
by yourself.
My store is in a different language? Is that okay?
Yes! All our templates can easily be customized to your language. Things you would need to
change are the images which can be edited using our PSD files. PSD files are opened with Photoshop. Note: You will need to pruchase our Developer License to have complete access to our PSD Files.
What browsers are your Magento themes compatible
with?
Although we dont give any guarantee on browser compatibility, all our themes are
tested thoroughly in all these major browsers like:

- Internet Explorer 7.x
- Internet Explorer 8.x
- Opera 9.x
- Safari
- Google Chrome 1.x
Can I remove the credit links Designed by
HelloThemes.com?
Yes, you are allowed to remove the credit links. Keep in mind we do not allow Designed
by Myself that is if you havent done major changes on your own to the design
(which you are fully allowed to).
Am I able to change/modify the themes in any way?
Our themes were created for development - this means that images, colors, fonts, layouts and anything
else related to the design of our themes can be changed or modified.
Do I get theme updates for new versions of Magento?
Yes, of course! We will send out a newsletter to all our customers, all you have to do is re-download your extension from your "My Downloads" section of our website.

What is a Membership (Club) License / Subscription?
Membership License / Subscription gives you access to all our past themes and/or extensions, plus the one's released over the course of your membership subscription. You will be re-billed every month until you cancel your subscription. Future theme and extension updates are only available as long as you stay subscribed to the club.
Can I remove the credit links "Designed by
HelloThemes.com?"
Yes, you are more than welcome to remove Designed by HelloThemes. Although, it would be much appreciated if you kept our credit links.
