      Hello :)

      i want to translate the two words: “special price” but it dont work.
      All translations in Mage_Catalog.csv are working in the theme.

      i changed one entry (
      “Regular Price:”,”UPE:”) and it works.

      I added  “Special Price:”,”Sonderpreis:”
      “//Special Price”,”Ihr Preis:”
      “//SPECIAL PRICE “,”Ihr Preis: ”
      and it dont works.

      Therefore i marked the both entries and created a file named translate.csv in app/design/frontend/default/hellowired/locale/de_DE
      “SPECIAL PRICE”,”Ihr Preis”
      “Mage_Catalog::Special Price”,”Ihr Preis: ”

      but it won’t work.

      so it looks:

      UPE: 154,24 €
      Special Price 77,12 €
      there is a red border around “UPE:”
      there is no red border around “Special Price” for lookup the translation.
      CSS for this entry:
      .special-price .price-label {
      font-size: 11px;
      font-weight: bold;
      text-transform: uppercase;
      white-space: nowrap;
      color: #000;

      What is wrong in my way?

      Hi Sharra,

      In many cases ‘ Special Price’  is a Magento Attribute. You can find and translate here Catalog->Attributes->Manage Attributes
