We are using “Magento Go” homepage, and this is the only one we have.

However, the message saying that “Theme Club” does not support Magento Go was written in small font, and it was hard for us to notify about this message before we buy “Theme Club” package.

We do not know what to do now…please help us on this matter.

Also, we want to know how the installation will be set-up during this free-installation period, which will end in November.

If nothing works out, we just want to get a refund.

      Please, we really need help.

Thank you and have a good day!

      We’ve answered you by Ticket.

If you have a theme issue, please open a Ticket, since we are not giving support in the Forum anymore. Thanks!.-

Yes you are right, most of the time beginner falls in this type of tehems, they just want a good looking theme, does not consider this type of code or links or sometime does not bother what to look into a theme or what are the functionality offered by the theme.Overall a well researched article for beginner. Those who knows a little bit of php and css can solve these little problems.
