      Is there a pattern on which support questions are answered and which ones not? Maybe some client’s money is not as good as others’ ???

      Hector, we understand your ironic question and let me tell you that you are very incorrect. If you read our Support Policy, you will know that WE DON´T ANSWER “HOW DO I QUESTIONS”. We provide support only if the theme has an issue by it self, not if you make a change (or you want to) and then the theme breaks.
      Don´t be disrespect, we work everyday to help our customers.-
