    Hello,

    I need changes done and i have sent a few emails over the last week with no response. Why is it that everytime you have helped us make one small change, something else goes wrong and it takes at least a week for it to get fixed? We need to get our new store opened since it is now officially after Christmas, and we have already lost 2 months of business.

    Is anyone else having this problem? Do you know how to more easily get ahold of someone from HelloThemes?
