    I recently lost my wallet, and have to renew all my credit card.
    My payment to you happened during the gap of credit card replacement.
    Please help to re-activate my subscription,
    Let me know if there is any action on my side that I can take to help.

    Also I am very curious, my dashboard now only have 4 themes left.
    I thought even I lost my subscription, I will have the themes till the period I paid last.
    Is there any misunderstanding??
