I’m using magento v1.5.0.1 and Helloclean.
The Google Analytics is not working…had the same problem with previous versions of magento and I thought an upgrade would fix the issue…

Is there an easy way to make it work…I’m not a coding guy.

      Thanks!

Hi Alexander, add this line in your page.xml file (appdesignfrontenddefaulthellocleanlayoutpage.xml)

Add this in line 64, outside the header block:

Then you will have to add this line in all the .phtml page file of helloClean:

Add this line just after the <body> tag starts:

      Add the line in:

      1column.phtml
      2columns-left.phtml
      2columns-right.phtml
      3columns.phtml
      empty.phtml
      homepage.phtml
      one-column.phtml
      print.phtml

Then try again the GA, and let us know.

      Cheers!.-

Hi, did you add this on your footer.phtml ?

Add your own tracking code in the UA-XXXXXXXX-X field.

      Regards.-

Hey Branko, thanks once more for anehtor good Magento tip. I’ve been learning a few things from your sites.I have a question about your show_total property. You set it in the block description that goes in the content of the page. I was trying to do a similar thing in the layout xml files for some of my own blocks but it doesn’t seem to work in that case. I.eDo you know why this is?Also, if you’re preparing anehtor tutorial, could you possibly do one about the various filter option when retrieving a collection (the add*Filter() methods)Thanks a lot.
