    Hi,

    I installed HelloGlam using HelloUpload and got a message indicating it was successful. However, when I visit my home page, I get the following:

    There has been an error processing your request

    Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.

    Error log record number: 1898538069

    I have done the following to attempt to resolve this:

    1. Run the following in SSH:

    find . -type d -exec chmod 755 {} ;
    find . -type f -exec chmod 644 {} ;

    2. Deleted the following:

    directory:
    app/code/core/Zend/Cache

    Afterwards, clear the content of the following directory:
    var/cache/

    This usually works when I have a problem after and extension installation or and upgrade. However, this did not work this time.

    Please help!
