I want to lose fat around my belly and tgihhs a little on my arms and calfs. Im 5ft 9 inches and i wear 190. I want to lose fat i dont care about how much i weigh i just want to look good. Its just that i dont have a high metabolisim. So i have aout 2 hours a day that i could use to workout.but i cant go to the gym i have an ellipitical at home and i have weights.
