I must say that your designs are nice. Your support is well intentioned and fairly fast, BUT you let yourself down by trying to be too fast and not checking what you do/say. If you had told me to do the above steps as instructions on yesterdays download then You could have saved yourself (and myself) these last few posts.
Also it would do not harm to test the themes, missing out the pager was a fairly big error. A few more hours testing can avoid so much more work in customer support.
