The HelloThemes Tech Support Team is pleased to inform you that in the next few days a new tech support system will be put into effect in order to provide you with better, more organized and efficient service.
Tech Support will be provided only through the “Tech Support Ticket” system. The e-mail system will be completely eliminated, and the Forum will be for the clients, the main objective being to build a solid community of mutual help, like in the forum in the Magentocommerce website.
Support will not be provided through the forum as we have been doing so far, but instead we will only collaborate, with the help of moderators, to promote the shaping of the community. “Collaborate” means that we are willing to provide initial help or guidance in the issues that may come up related to the use of our products, but again, tech support will not be provided. Our intention is that the forum will progress and become the core of the HelloThemes community, where clients will be able to help each other and we collaborate as moderators.
Any issues you may have will have to be submitted only through the new Tech Support Ticket system.

I hope everyone is have a good read of the new HelloSixty Theme which is due to be released in the coming week, so far looking at our figures there is alot of interest.
I wanted to focus today on the ‘New Business” popping up around the world, I had a very intersting conversation with a friend of mine who wanted to know more about ‘online business’ and wanted to create something from nothing. Now the person in question has no computer background and isnt very computer ’savy’. This person was asking why should he sell his Music online, why cant he approach people face to face, not only is this method time comsuming, but this also costs, saying that, this shouldnt put anyone off trying to start something….Thomas Eddison once said…

Hope you all had a good weekend. We have been studying the results and of our re-designed website, it seems alot of the features we have changed have improved your experiences of navigating around the site and helping you in your purchasing choices.
The new HelloSonar theme has been a big hit with alot of you aswell as the HelloWired themes, to be expected, as its free! haha! There has also been a huge increase in the number of people browsing our Pricing and Membership details page, which is a great relief, now due to some technical issues with newsletter not reaching there intended user, Aaron and myself have decided to run the ‘Theme Club Sale’ for one more week, ending on Sunday 6th February. This means you can still get all 24 Themes + Extensions + Newly released themes for just $99 for the entire year.
Exciting news for March…
Looking forward going into March and we have plenty of new things heading your way. As you can see from my last blog, we have the new HelloSixty theme which will be released very soon, so if you are already subscribed to our ‘Theme Club’ you will be able to download this automatically.
We have been running a feature on a new re-designed website but haven’t really promoted it as such, since its launch, HelloThemes also has a Facebook page which is regulary updated.
